Epson 800 - Printing 15mil or thicker papers:

Clean the rollers.
Load one sheet at a time by hand. Preload the paper from the top so that the leading edge is about 1/2 inch in between the rollers and the 3 white plastic “fingers” that are adjacent to the rollers. The “fingers” actually keep stacks of paper from falling in to the rollers.
This is done one sheet at a time, and is a matter of practice makes perfect. Some thicker matte papers that are too smooth to get grabbed by the rollers. Courtesy of Greg West   www.gregwestphotography.com
